How to check eSIM compatible models
1. Dial "*#06#" on the call screen
2. Available if "EID" is displayed
Please also check whether the SIM lock is released.
*Information as of 2024. If your device is not supported even though it is listed below, please update your OS. eSIM support is available only in certain regions. Check with your carrier or device manufacturer to find out if your device supports eSIM.

How to check if your mobile device supports eSIM
*To check compatibility, you will need to be able to connect to the internet and display or print the eSIM's QR code on the screen of another device.
■How to check your iPhone
・Proceed to "Settings".
- Select "Connect".
・Tap "SIM Card Manager".
- Select "Add mobile plan".
・If you see the option to add a mobile plan by scanning the QR code, your Samsung phone can use an eSIM.
■How to check Samsung
・Proceed to "Settings".
- Select "Connect".
・Tap "SIM Card Manager".
- Select "Add mobile plan".
・If you see the option to add a mobile plan by scanning the QR code, your Samsung phone can use eSIM.
■How to check Google Pixel
・Tap "Settings".
・Proceed to "Network and Internet".
・Select "Mobile network".
・Tap "Advanced settings".
・Proceed to "Mobile carrier".
・Select "Add mobile carrier".
- You will be asked for permission to read the QR code using your smartphone's camera.
- If all these steps are successful, you will be able to manage your eSIM on your Google Pixel.
■How to check Huawei
・Tap "Settings".
・Proceed to "Mobile Network".
・Select "SIM management".
・Tap "Add eSIM".
・Next, enter the activation code. (Provided by your carrier)
- Then read the eSIM's QR code.
・After a while, the eSIM will be installed.
- After completing each step, your mobile device will be eSIM compatible.
■How to check Motorola
・Select "Settings" > "Network & Internet" > "SIM Card".
・Go to "Details" > "Careers" > "Add carrier".
・A screen to read the QR code will be displayed.
・If you can follow the steps up to this point, your Motorola mobile device is compatible with eSIM.
■How to check Xiaomi
At the moment, the only Xiaomi mobile model that is compatible with this eSIM is the ``Xiaomi 12T Pro''. You'll see an option to add an eSIM on your phone's Network Settings screen. Also, high-spec models from Xiaomi 12T onwards only have eSIM functionality and cannot use physical SIM cards .
