◆Use of data/Purchase of additional plans

  • For this service, the data amount limit, selected domestic use, and usage period will be granted based on the user's selection.
  • This service requires a device that supports e-SIM. Please check separately for details.
  • You can continue to use this service for recharging by selecting the desired usage conditions again and selecting packet communication.
  • The 24th hour from the start time of use is counted as one day.
  • You must start using the service within 30 days after selecting a data plan or from the date of purchase.
    Please complete the procedures to start communication as soon as possible.
  • After selecting a data plan, you cannot change the amount of data or number of days used.
  • If the data amount limit is exceeded or the usage period ends, the use of packet communication will be stopped.
  • If you wish to purchase an additional plan, you must apply on the dedicated website.
  • Voice calls, SMS, MMS, TV calls, and 64K digital data communications are not available.
  • The communication speed is the maximum value according to technical standards for sending and receiving, and does not indicate the actual communication speed.
  • The service is provided on a best effort basis, and the actual communication speed will vary depending on the communication environment and network congestion.
  • If the connection continues for a certain period of time or if there is no communication, the connection may be disconnected.
  • Since this service uses radio waves, it may not be possible to use it even within the service area due to indoor or surrounding obstacles (buildings, terrain, etc.). Also, you may not be able to use it even if you are on a high floor of a high-rise building or condominium with a good view.
  • This service can be used overseas. Please check the dedicated website for details.
  • Communication speeds may be restricted for customers who use a large amount of communication over a certain period of time. In addition, in order to provide better network quality, we collect, analyze, and store traffic information for each communication, and we may impose restrictions on communications as determined separately by our company.
  • When using this service, you can use the tethering option for free (depending on the type of device you are using, etc., you may not be able to use it).
  • After the daily high-speed data communication capacity is used up, the communication speed will be reduced to 128kbps (reset at 00:00 the next day) *Not available in some areas.　
  • For plans that do not include daily high-speed data communication capacity, once the purchased high-speed data communication capacity is used up, the communication speed will be reduced to 128kbps.
  • How to calculate the number of days: 24 hours are counted as one day (Example: If you purchase a 3-day plan and install and activate it at 10:00 on September 1st, your order will be counted until 09:59 on September 4th.

  • eSIM (Embedded-SIM) is a truly "virtual" card that can be set up directly on your device just by scanning a 2Dbarcode(QRcode).
