[Cancel Policy]
Of principle eSIM (include a change, reissue) after the application cannot cancel it. But, in the case of the following contents, I shall be able to do it.
When I pay, and the communication including data plan or the email of the data charge does not reach after the completion from us.
※Excluding cases where the email has been rejected due to spam settings or where the email was not received due to a typing error in the email address.
⇒You attach the name, an e-mail address, the information of the order number, and please contact our inquiry.
When we consent to the cancellation request and a refund of a part of the payment amount of money or the total amount is accompanied, it processes a necessary refund within 30 days from the day when we received the cancellation request by an email.
※When it is after an application, I cannot cancel it even if before the use as other than available terminal.
※Cannot cancel it until the minimum period of use (term of a contract from the use starting date).

When the performance guarantee terminal page can confirm that it was used for an SIM-free terminal with mention, eSIM refunds us.
In addition, I refund it when I correspond to contents listed in the cancellation policy mentioned above.
We do not accept any refund about the eSIM profile deleted by the fault of the contractor and data plan attached to it.
We do not accept any refund anymore unless we are caused by our intention or gross negligence about the used data plan and data charge.
