We will tell you what to do in such a situation.
⚠️ Activation may take some time, especially on iPhone. If you see the activation message, please wait for a while.
After that, you may see an error message such as "Activation not possible." Even if an error message appears, activation may have already been completed, so please try the following solutions.
Solution 1
1. Turn on Airplane mode, wait about a minute, then turn it off again.
2. Check that the SIM has been added in the Settings > Mobile > SIM section.
If you see "Travel/Work/Personal/Secondary Line" (randomly named) in addition to "Main Line", activation is complete.
*If you use eSIMs a lot, change the name of each new eSIM you add to make it easier to understand.
▶️If you try turning Airplane mode on and off and still can't see the added SIM in the SIM section
Solution 2
1. Turn off the device and restart it.
2. Follow the same steps as in Solution 1 to check if the SIM has been added in the Settings > Mobile > SIM section.
